I called one plan requesting one of their agents call me back urgently and Menzi called me in no time. He assisted me professionally to write a new policy. What i thought would take 1 hour took me 20 minutes. I was assisted in a very professional manner. Communication from his side was excellent. Thaank for the swift response Menzi
