cancled more then a month ago but still being deducted !!!!!! cancelation was even confirmed by Melvyn Petersen

We tried contacting you to further explain.
Upon investigation we have identified that your policy was set to cancel on the 01/12/2020 as we received your request for cancelation on the 23/10/2020. Kindly note as per our policy terms and conditions a 30 days’ notice period is require upon cancelation in which you were liable for the months premium.
We tried to debit the premium for November since it was still within the notice period of cancelation, however the payment was reversed. The debit that went off on the 25/11/2020 was the premium for November that was owed. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable, and these are included in all policy documents before and during your experience with us. We will assist with all we can in line with our terms and conditions. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Kindly note your policy has been canceled and there will be no further debits.

I reversed it on my bank i never want to hear from you ******** useless people with no thanks to melvyn peterson who confirmed it was in order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hope every one currently being ****med by you bunch of idiots moves to outsurance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
