Melvyn Peterson- Exceptional Assistantance
Literally just spoke to an exceptional human being named Melvyn Peterson , I requested to cancel my pet policy a few days ago & today I recieved a call from this bubbly chap from oneplan who assisted me with every bit of information I requested. He did not get tired of explaining my misunderstandings & clarified all of my confusion. It's only because of him & the manner in which he handled the situation that I reconsidered my decision before the call ended and chose to stay with Oneplan. Thank you Melvyn!
