Mapula from Oneplan. Best customer service!
I was assisted by Mapula Khakhathiba. She resolved my query without me having to follow up. Very impressed at her turnaround time. I called the day before with the same query and the Gentleman who assisted me only got back to me a day after Mapula had already resolved my issue.
Thank you Mapula for your great, efficient and friendly service! 10/10
