Mapaseka and Rutendo were so helpful! I claimed via the app and for some reason the proof of payment wasn't legible their side
Mapaseka and Rutendo were so helpful! I claimed via the app and for some reason the proof of payment wasn't legible their side. They then emailed me requesting it and evetually made contact with me, requesting I send it via WhatsApp. Personally, that was very convenient. Shortly after I recieved confirmation that the claim was processed. By fair the most pain free experience! FYI: Dealing with my pets medical insurance is way more convenient than dealing with my own medical aid Thank you for your amazing service 🌟Mapaseka and Rutendo 🌟
