Lost Faith in One Plan

HI,

Been with ONE PLAN medical insurance since Feb 2018. Policy number ********** 14

On the 26 June 2018 while at work, had severe chest pains and abdominal pains, The works first aider decided to call an Ambulance ER24, the work first aider called ONEPLAN for Authorization and it was granted

While in the Ambulance the noticed the BP was very high, tried to give me a drip but they could not find any veins.

I was taken to a nearest public hospital as the ER24 explained that ONEPLAN will not cover me for private hospital

3 weeks later I had the same episode, my husband took me straight to melomed in Michel’s plain, ONE PLAN was called again for authorization, one plan insisted that they speak to the Melomed and melomed refused to take the call and clearly stated, ONE PLAN will only cove you if you have no pulse or dying The porter as melomed took me in a wheel chair to a nearest GP

Called ONE PLAN to Complain, they said we only cove life threatening.

I have a TAX Invoice from ER 24 (PFR No WN ********** ) for R3408.84 this was for the episode in 26 June 2018, ONE PLAN did not pay the ambulance, with a reason it was not life threatening.

I need ONE PLAN to cover this
