Look for other options, One Plan is not a good one
I had been dealing with so many people in this regard that is not even worth to mention them all, but I can tell you that I was promised something by 2 different customer service representatives, and I have the calls to prove it, yet the company did not took ownership of their mistake and declined to me what was promised.<br> <br> I went trough the entire \complaint"procedure and they took 27 days to reply to me (turn around time supposed to be 21) but I emailed them on the day 26th looking for a response"
