Loading claims is a big struggle
Loading claims is a big struggle. If I load an amount on the card, it's never cleared in time to pay with the card. Plus I had to pay a fee to renew my card (that just never seems to work?). Loading claims on the app is clunky and can be improved. Their customer support is excellent and helpful. I was recently assisted by Wisane who helped me load a claim for a purchase on their pet store.
