LISTING NON EXISTING PRE-EXISTING CONTIONS - INCREASE FEES BUT NOT BENEFITS

I would advise absolutely no one to get a policy with Oneplan.

Non-existing pre-existing conditions gets added to your policy, upon enquiry immediately after the initial policy got mail to me I requested the policy to be adjusted after which it was merely adjusted for a different pre-existing condition. I contacted them immediately and told them to remove it otherwise I'm not interested in having the policy with them - they said feedback will be provided which I'm still waiting for.

So two weeks + have passed, I received a new schedule, STILL LISTING the pre-existing condition PLUS increased fees after which I was told fees only increase in MAY 2018. So fees increase but benefits remain the same?

Today I called to cancel my policy after the increased amount went off my bank account and since I've waited for feedback on the adjustments on my policy AFTER I CLEARLY STATED IN MY QUERY that I'm NOT INTERESTED IN CONTINUING WITH THE POLICY IF IT IS NOT TO BE ADJUSTED. NOW I'M BEING TOLD THAT I WONT BE REFUNDED SINCE CANCELLATION HAS A COOL DOWN PERIOD, maybe if I received the feedback within due time I could have cancelled it before the cool down period.

My opinion, your service is utterly poor - Stay away people! There are much better products available on the market from other providers.
