Lindokuhle was extremely helpful and efficient in checking the status of and escalating a pre-authorization request for me for some urgent tests for my cat
Lindokuhle was extremely helpful and efficient in checking the status of and escalating a pre-authorization request for me for some urgent tests for my cat. I really appreciated his understanding of the urgency and how he followed up with a call to make sure I knew the approval had come through.
