I dont even want to give them one star but they don't give me that option.Im using primitive baseline language to describe oneplan pet insurance. I HATE ONE PLAN. They are disgusting. They **** about upfront payment.They give no discounts on multiple pets and I have been super loyal and they are not Per *****s.I gave up DOTSURE who by the way ate AMAZING, because I was led to believe that ONEPLAN PET pays the claim immediately. They dont say only Routine and Vetcare.Vetcare Emergencies you cover and claim an that takes a life time.DOTSURE paid the very next day.So I have up years on DOTSURE to be **** to and taken advantage of.You are disgraceful.Now I'm taking all 8 my animals back to DOTSURE forsure.You leave a bad taste in my mouth.When I enquire you never answer.And that App you brag about..it sucks..because it doesn't work because you're always reprimanding me for my claim and I've loaded it umpteen times on that **** app.I will go out of my way to discourage anyone that even looks at your adverti*****t. YOU ARE A DISGRACE.
