LERATO PHATELA - EXCELLENT SERVICE
My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Lerato Phatela for the excellent service she has provided to me for my pet insurance. Wow, she was professional, understanding and full of laughter and kindness. I must say by far the best telephonic experience I have had in a very long time. Well done Lerato for the awesome service you have provided!!!!!!
