I already have medical and pet insurance with Oneplan so it made sense to move my car insurance to Oneplan. Because I am an existing customer, I received a 20% discount. I requested a call back on the app and Lerato Mkhabela happily helped me. She was helpful, extremely friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. She is to be highly recommended when setting up a new policy.
