LERATO MATHU NAILED IT!!!!

After closing the deal with Oneplan I went to see my Vet to thank her for referring me to Oneplan that's how happy I was. Lerato Mathu recapped all my concerns and made sure he understands and catered to them. He has all the qualities of an extraordinary salesperson PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE (I was shocked that this is Oneplan whereas the other person kept having to put me on hold to speak to his manager and came back reading his script verbatim) Lerato is passionate, organized, personable, self-motivated and time awareness we covered everything and recapped and still read to me those dreadful YES or NO questions point is all this was in 38min. LEO is in good hands especially for a first time to this whole pet thing..... AS FOR OUTSURANCE WHO I INITALLY SIGNED UP WITH SOLD ME DREAMS AND COULD NOT OWN UP TO IT INSTEAD THEY TILL DATE IS LISTENING TO A CALL AND WILL GET BACK TO ME THEY LITERALLY SELF-DIAGNOSED MY STOCK CALLING IT AN ILLNESS YET 1- YOU NOT A VET..2- YOU HAVE NOT SEENED HIS CONDITION YET ITS A LONGTERM ILLNESS AND THAT'S NOT ALL U SEND ME A TEXT DUE TO NON-PAYMENT PAYMENT MY POLICY IS CANCELLED??? NON-PAYMENT??? NO I TOOK BACK MY MONEY....HOW LOW CAN YOU STILL GO? MIND YOU I WAS ON THE EXECUTIVE PLAN.

TO ONEPLAN THANK YOU.... my concerns were taken care of, you never wasted my time, the signing up process was so quick although my heart pained when I could not sign up immediately.... and my puppy is much better the Vet changed his food... Mr Lerato Mathu thanks for the call, the service and ensured that I understand my policy, it's features and waiting periods and benefits which was reiterated to avoid confusion. I will most definitely recommend Oneplan to my friends and request for Lerato Mathu and not that boring newsreader who belongs in another division and not sales.
