Lebogang Ntamote is a friendly, helpful and understanding person. She was very helpful and helped me understand the system and cleared up all misunderstandings. She helped me swiftly and her replies are prompt, wel articulated and informative. I am very happy to have dealt with her regarding my claim. She and her colleagues are verys supportive. I hope to have many more interactions with her and her team. Thanks Lebo, ke rata wena.
