Lauren Fisher - outstanding!!!

Upon submitting claims for veterinarian services, I received a mail from LAUREN FISHER informing me that there was an outstanding amount on my account which I had to settle before they could review the claims. I settled the R242 immediately, whereafter Lauren made it her sole purpose to keep me up to date with the progress of my claims. Unknowingly the claims went missing somewhere in their system, and Lauren phoned ME on a daily basis to remind me to submit the claims again. I was very busy and would've forgotten if it was not for her reminding me.

Never in my life has any company contacted me to remind me of this! Not only did she remind me on a daily basis, she even phoned after 5pm one day to inform me of the status of my claims.

Lauren, you are an amazing example and it was a pleasure working with you. I commend and salute you!
