Late Joiner Fee Penalty Decision Cancelled & Reversed

Wisane Hlongwane in the Complaints Department assisted me with amazing service today by reversing a decision made by the underwriting department to implement a 'late joiner fee' to my policy which came about in January after I previously considered downgrading my plan but reversed this request a few days after. In under 4 hours, she went above and beyond for me and arranged with management to have the u/w decision reversed.
