lack of service

i sent through a 3 page scripted medication invoice for my previous claim. Claudine Adams told me there was no medication dispensed and that i must pay back the claim for the scripted medication. I sent a 3 page long invoice which came up to almost R1000. take your R265 and shove it. i am so sick and tired of struggling with claims every time i claim with you. i will pay everything back, all i ask is that you cancel my policy. i am done with your unprofessional and rude staff members. i want this cancelled by 16:30 today
