Lack of responsiveness and poor customer service
Disappointing experience with pet insurance. Requested cancellation letter via email and was completely ignored.

Kindly note that when you send a cancellation request via email the turnaround time is 2-5 working days for a consultant to contact you and finalize it.
We tried to contact you on your nominated contact number on your policy, however there was no answer.
Both policies were cancelled as per request.
