Kristy Barlow step up and help Shadow.
Yesterday I had such a fright when my 18 month old Shadow could not walk. His paw was giving trouble.
I had trouble with the claim center and was angry because they didn't seem to understand that the casualty benefit is not enough for xray and consulting a vet.
After hours on the phone Kristy Barlow phoned me and went out of her way to help me and calming me down. She even said she will get management to look at the casualty benefit.
She phoned me more than once to help me get the assistance that I needed.
It has been a pleasure.
