Kindness killed my problem at One plan
One plan always has friendly agents available to sort out problems. I have had peace of mind regarding the wellness of my pet and now I'm going for their health insurance. One agent in Particular, Jean Claude Grobler went above what was expected of him to take care of an issue I had. He was respectful, cooperative and understanding. A little funny too if I might add. If you become a one plan client, you are lucky. And if you get Jean Claude Grobler helping you, then you are very lucky
