Kim Street Oneplan

My little Yorkie, Coco, was taken to the vet yesterday. She was up all night vomiting and I could see that she was not doing well at all. Mom took her to the clinic as I was at work. The Dr examined her, and she was in terrible pain, and dehydrated.

The receptionist called me and I gave her my Oneplan medical aid number.

I want to thank Ms KIM STREET , the claims coordinator from Oneplan. She got pre-approval for hospitalization within and hour of Coco being admitted. She immediately made contact with me to inform me that Coco's hospitalization has been pre approved and forward the pre approval to the clinic. They paid in full! What a huge relief. I was also informed that I had no excess payment and that Oneplan will pick up the bill.

I have never been happier with a service provider. It's because of people, like Kim, that's passionate about her profession that makes my life so much easier. I'm defenitley a Oneplan customer for life.

Kim, thank you once again. You're an asset to Oneplan, they can be proud to have you on their team. Coco's sending you much love, and she asked me to thank you for what you did for her yesterday.
