Kim Street at One Plan is amazing
I needed to get a pre authorisation and then payment made for a hospital admission for my cat. Kim Street assisted me from beginning to end, and made this stressful time a lot easier. All through the process, she kept asking how Shadow is doing and sending her well wishes for him to get better soon. The payment was processed direct to the vet and because I have the excess buster, the invoice was paid in full. I am really impressed with her excellent service. Thank you Kim, you are one in a million.
