Khutso Seduma sets the example for customer care for all businesses. He leaves no stone unturned to assist. Calling back and clarifying. We misunderstood each other and he jumped on board before I had to explain myself to a new consultant. I was so frustrated and he resolved all my queries ASAP. Khutso should be training others on customer satisfaction. I pray he receives the recognition he deserves!!
