Kgomotso Kgosana friendly assistance
I phoned to request funds to be loaded to my One Plan Pet Insurance card and had the pleasure to speak to Kgomotso Kgosana. From the beginning of the call he was friendly, professional and know his product well. It took him less than 5min to do the security check, and to assist me to load the funs on to my card. Thanks a lot Kgomotso Kgosana for the professional and friendly manner you assist me.
