Keoagile was an absolute angel and helped me with my problem! The WhatsApp interface is slightly distracting as it constantly asks what I need assistance with even after giving my policy number a few times and voicing my problem
Keoagile was an absolute angel and helped me with my problem! The WhatsApp interface is slightly distracting as it constantly asks what I need assistance with even after giving my policy number a few times and voicing my problem. It makes it hard to determine whether I am actually in the queue or if I need to fill it all out again.
