Kealan Roskin from One Plan Customer Care was excellent
Kealan Roskin from One Plan Customer Care was excellent in assisting me with all my questions. He knew how to use the OnePlan app to the tee, as well as had an as answer for every one of my questions. Putting his info into practice at the vet shortly after, everything went as he said it would. Thank you for the wonderful and refreshing customer service!
