17 Jan 2022, 12:55 My pet was experiencing some discomfort and pain and immediately made contact with OnePlan as I needed to take her to the vet. It took OnePlan about 20-minutes to respond to my online message but funds were loaded on my OnePlan card shortly after that. Karabo then advised the process should my pet be admitted. Thank you.
