Karabo was helpful and friendly as always
Karabo was helpful and friendly as always. Only thing that bugs me is that if I need to pay after the grace period that a double premium would be taken . The next month's should go off on the usual debit order date. If a premium is missed there's not enough money to begin with, what more taking a double premium 🥴🤦🏼♀️

Kindly note that premiums are collected in advance and should your premium not be successfully received, there is a Grace Period in which you can pay the outstanding premium. The Grace Period is until the fifteenth (15th) day of the month in which the premium was due. During the Grace Period, the policy will be suspended, and no claims will be entertained until the outstanding premium has been received. Certain terms and conditions are always applicable and have to be adhered to and app**** fairly for all clients,
