<div>Karabo Malefetsane, at karabo.m2@oneplan is an exceptional call centre agent. She went out of her way to assist me with a problem that I've been trying to solve for the past week. She not only resolved the problem, but she also called me after the fact, just to explain what had happened, and how to prevent it from happening again. I have not experienced such excellent service from anyone at OnePlan, she is the reason I have decided to not cancel my policy with you. If it wasn't for her efficiency and effort, you would have lost a client today. The other agents in your call centre could really learn from her. She is a beacon of light in the dark, unhelpful place referred to as OnePlan call center.</div>
