Just all in all a horrible experience

So since opening the plan in August 2017 I have had endless drama, today I get an email that they are increasing the policy by 31% - Paying an extra 31% for drama on drama I absolutely think not. I have sent my cancellation through and I want this done with immediate effect, I decided to post on their facebook wall and seems a lot of people agreed with the shocking experience with One Plan and what does One Plan do remove the post. SOMETHING TO HIDE ONE PLAN???? Never in a million years will I have recommend your services! You deal with rude people all the dam time, your app is completely useless because when loading a claim and phoning a while later to find out what is going on it never loaded but on numerous occasions have I been told to use the app, why must I use an app that doesn't work, I think the only thing on that app that works is the chats. I WANT THIS POLICY CANCELLED AND WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE WHERE THE TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR FUR BABIES WITH ABSOLUTE RESPECT AND WANT NOTHING BUT THE BEST FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Samantha,

We are aware that price increases may have affected you drastically. We are, however, unable to disclose the reason for this on this platform.

Kindly note that we will send you an email regarding the reason for the increase in your premium.

Done this morning already, and trust me if there is a debit order for end February for the new premium rate there will be a lot of explaining to do from your side, and I will get the ombudsman involved, the only amount I expect to see come off my account is R150.00 for the cancellation fee and THAT IS IT!!!!
