I've been with them for about a year, if not a bit more
I've been with them for about a year, if not a bit more. When my pet got hurt, they immediately assisted with payments for her care, and I only had to worry about her getting better. They were very sensitive to her condition and wanted to be in the loop on her wellbeing, really assuring me that they cared. There were no issues with the initial and final costs for her treatment, and all of our discussions were very clear and concise, I never had to wonder about anything. I've never once received bad service from them. I currently have a situation where I've been assisted by Nicole Opperman, she's given me excellent service, and wonderful advice and alternative solutions. I have and will continue to recommend One Plan Pet insurance. It really is amazing
