I’ve been with OnePlan for nearly 8 years with my fur babies, and I’ve always had a great experience. Recently, I found myself in a panic when my pet needed to be admitted urgently. Thankfully, I was assisted by Njabulo Dhlamini from the OnePlan Call Centre, who helped me quickly and efficiently. He took the time to go through my entire policy, explained my plan clearly, and ensured that the funds were loaded onto my card within minutes. He even picked up on an extra benefit I hadn’t realised I had and guided me on how to use it. Njabulo truly helped ease my anxiety and made me feel confident that everything was taken care of. Thank you for the excellent service—I'm so glad I've stayed with OnePlan all these years!
