Its not easy for me ...
Its not easy for me to always have money for health services and it hurts bcz I must pay on my own there after claiming a refund it totally so difficlut for me being a pensioner even for the one responsible for the monthly premium

We do require a detailed invoice to ensure that the funds that were utilized correctly. Once you have swiped your Onecard (just like swiping a debit card) at the provider, you can immediately snap and upload your documents. Invoices can be sent to us via the Oneplan App, via Whatsapp on *** or an email can be sent to ***. Should you need any further assistance, our Whatsapp Team is available to assist you, Monday-Friday between 8:00-17:00 and Saturday 8:00-12:00. Please don't hesitate to pop us a message on ***.
