It's good service I ...
It's good service I just find the doctors fee is too low and if the doctor is not willing to see me for that amount I will have to cancel the insurance

Kindly note that we have 4 different Health Insurance plans, and each plan has a different cover limit. You will be covered up to the respective cover limit depending on the Plan type that you have selected. Should you go for a Doctor's visit and the Doctor dispenses medication or prescribes medication for you to purchase, this will be reviewed under 2 different claim benefits up to the respective cover limit (GP and Scripted medication).
As a medical insurance, our cover or benefits have specific limits applicable and there are annual cover limits on all our cover types which will renew on the anniversary of your policy.
We have since escalated your query to the relevant department. One of our consultants will be in contact with you to further explain your plan type and the cancelation process.
