It’s been good so far ( I think). I’ve been with OnePlan for almost 2 months now and I’ve used the plan once. I needed to take my puppy to the vet - called them and they loaded the card easily with the funds. Upon going to the vet it was an easy transaction. I needed to load the invoice on the app but couldn’t so used the Chat function and was assisted by Shannen Mc Pherson - Shannen helped me in less than 5 mins ( on a Sunday!!). Great Service
