It's all BS

I posted a bad review here a couple of months ago. I got a "copy and paste" response that someone will contact me to sort out the problem. No one has contacted me. I posted a bad comment on FB, same thing, same "copy and paste" response. And now I'm in the process of cancelling my policy, and looky looky, there's a R100 cancellation fee. So not only do they not pay out claims, don't get back to you when they "copy and paste" say they will, but you also have to pay a penalty to no longer send them hard-earned cash every month. Cash you wouldn't mind spending if you knew your beloved pet was going to be OK should something nasty happen to them and they need to go to the Dr. But no. Not with Oneplan. They only have ONE PLAN and that is to swindle you out of your money, any way they can.
