It was my first time logging a claim
It was my first time logging a claim. My entire family is sick and I wa struggling to get claim for all of us. This was not a system issue at all. I Whatsapped OnePlan with my problem and within minutes Rutendo Adelaide responded and assisted me. Explained exactly what I need to do. It was not a system generated message, but a direk response on my issue. Amazing service. Thank you so much!
