It was my 1st time actually using the one plan insurance since I got it, and my experience so far has been great, I just went on the app clicked on claim and the funds was on the card immediately, I wasn't sure what to do after and I went to the chat option and was assisted by Rutendo Adelaide her response was immediately and professional and so very helpful, she gave me all the information I needed and also sent me further information to understand the claiming better, the fact that everything is done so smoothly with no stress is what I like So thank you Oneplan and Rutendo Adelaide for all the help
