Dear Pinky,

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention.

We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience, and we sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused. Please know that this is not the experience we want any of our clients to have. We take feedback like yours very seriously, as it helps us improve our service and ensure we’re living up to the standard you deserve.

Upon a review of your complaint we would like to clarify that upon receipt of your refund claim, numerous emails and SMSes were sent to the number and email address listed on the policy advising that the claim could not be approved due to no proof of payment being attached to the claim as we had not received it on our end. As per the information shared on the WhatsApp chat by our claims team, a stamped receipt or bank statement may be utilized as proof of payment for a claim to be finalized.

We have noted that once the proof of payment was received, the claim was reviewed and approved. The outcome of the claim has been provided via the chat.

Should you require any further assistance or clarity regarding the processing of claims, please reach out to us. We offer various platforms of communication that you may utilize, such as, WhatsApp at ***, call on ***, or send an email either to *** or *** and our team will happily assist.

Once again, we truly apologize for the frustration caused to you and hope to restore your faith in our services.

Kind regards,
Oneplan.
