It is complete peace of mind to know that I can take my fur babies to the vet even when I don't have cash at the time.

Kindly note that for day-to-day claims, funds can be loaded upfront via the Oneplan app. You can log onto your App and select the benefit you would like to claim for, and the funds will be available within 60 seconds on your Onecard. We do require a detailed invoice to ensure that the funds that were utilized correctly. Once you have swiped your Onecard (just like swiping a debit card) at the provider, you can immediately snap and upload your documents. Invoices can be sent to us via the Oneplan App, via Whatsapp on *** or an email can be sent to ***. Should you need any further assistance, our Whatsapp Team is available to assist you, Monday-Friday between 8:00-17:00 and Saturday 8:00-12:00. Please don't hesitate to pop us a message on ***.
