Is OnePlan Health Insurance worth considering??

Our family was looking for a health insurance alternative and considered OnePlan but with all the negative reports AND the fact that they never bother to respond, we are obviously reluctant. <br> Please let me know if they do in fact resolve al the complaints.<br> Thx
