My furbaby sadly passed away after a sudden illness. Oneplanpet advised me exactly what documents were required for my claim. They sent the claim form minutes after my phonecall to them. Once I submitted the required documents my claim was approved within an hour. The claim was settled in full and I received the funds within 3 business days.
If this wasn't impressive enough a week later they delivered a gift to my door. A beautiful hand written card and a lovely scented candle to offer their condolences.
Thank you Oneplanpet for your kindness and support during a very difficult time. I have never felt this valued as a client.
