Insurance claim

I am a policy member of one plan since July 2019. On the 4th of November 2019 I was involved in an accident. Metro police police recorded the incident & my case number is 2019/11/0116 JMPD. I put a claim through on the 5th of November and one plan rejected my claim on the 12 of November 2019. I am not happy with this rejection & I think their are a *****. Their reasoning is because I changed my premium & the claim that I was not covered at the time of the incident. My premium changed on the 25 October 2019 to R259.41 as previously requested but they failed to deduct this on the deduction date instead they deducted R479.98. I disputed this amount & paid by EFT to update the correct premium. They never rejected my payment but now they using this as an opportunity to reject my claim & not willing to pay for the damages on the front left bumper, lights & scratch on the door. Before, I was with Budget insurance & they never put me through this nonsense. I very upset with their service & they got poor customer service..
