In the space of two days I received excellent customer service from both Rutendo Adelaide and Patience who assisted me in submitting claims for refunds that I paid in respect of my pet insurance
In the space of two days I received excellent customer service from both Rutendo Adelaide and Patience who assisted me in submitting claims for refunds that I paid in respect of my pet insurance. Thank you to both agents and to Oneplan for overall great customer service over the many years that you have covered my pups!
