In need of a Medical Aid NOT a Medical Insurance

Kindly view this as my Cancellation Letter. Reason for this letter is In regard to the Cover Limits which are too low for - In Hospital and Prescription requirements. Very important for patients like my hubby and myself. Our life is at risk. I repeatedly asked and questioned over a few times and over a few days as to whether this plan was definitely a Medical Aid Scheme and Nonhlanha Khumalo insisted it definitely was and that the Plan came with a Funeral Policy. I definitely was never interested in a Medical Insurance. Damn..Staff are so reluctant to answer questions when you ask. So dumb to answer questions falsely. The Company does not have a landline. All staff are working from home. I would like to bring to your attention to the Sales Voice Call Recording which transpired between myself and Nonhlanha Khumalo from your Sales Dept. I repeatedly questioned the fact that this is not a Medical Insurance. The reason my hubby and myself have organ disorders and we require hospitalisation frequently and hence our medications are also a real cost factor which is something your Company does not cover for all medications nor in full price. We are unemployed people and really very ill.

Due to this false information given to me by your Outbound Sales Consultant Nonhlanha Khumalo, I will be in need of a full refund from the 7th March 2020 to 7th May 2020.

I have made several inundated telephone calls to your Company and followed the different options and none of your staff are willing to assist in regard to the False Information which was given by your lady Nonhlanha Khumalo and I also left several messages for her and for Senior Managers to return a call to me BUT unfortunately none are compatible or willing to assist with honesty. To date I have never received a return call from Nonhlanha Khumalo. Absolutely disappointing with false information. Totally irresponsible and non deliverance to Client Services. Disrespectful with no ethics after Nonhlanha Khumalo signed me on. Huh!!!????

Your team leaders Renee Chane and Selvie Naidoo really do not deserve a job in your Company and their designations should be filled in by user friendly staff similar to the lady who assisted me today and she is Renee ***ley. She was amazing. .efficient and knowledgeable about everything in your Company's business. Ms ***ley was such a pleasure and a WOW to do business with such. Mannerism with etiquette and professionalism. Ms ***ley really made my day with Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed.

I kindly await an urgent response with much anticipation and an urgent return of feedback via telephone call by latest tomorrow 12th May 2020.
