In connection with money ****** from ME by them!!

I had to join a medical scheme because of the fact that well i am on the road a lot, i am a singing lecturer, and i wanted to know that i was cared for should something happen. I went onto the internet, and contacted several companies. <br> out of them all one plan looked and seemed like the Best. I spoke to a qualified telesales person who said that everything would be fine after 3 months, because that was/is the general waiting period. Okay after 3 months. i had to go to the GP. I did exactly as they told me, i got the receipt, and the doctors letter and everything, and guess what? after phoning them all times of the day asking them if what i faxed through to them was okay the answer that i got was it was INCORRECT. NEEDLES TO say i was getting really ****ed of. <br> I canceled the insurance and guess what they still deducting money from my account after i send them an email, and fax and i phoned them. Now it is the payment of November and December. The amount that is being taken of is R830.00 per month.<br> <br> they did not do what they had promised. It was and is till empty lies. They made promises and said they would assist me, but they only took my money.<br> I want it back. Please
