Impressive Service !!!
Kanego Maile was my customer care consultant who took the necessary time out of his busy schedule to listen to my dilemma and resolve it amicably. he provided insight into all the queries i needed clarity on and at the end of the conversation produced a satisfactory and fair ruling . it brought a huge sense of relief that customer service was his number one priority as this is what we seek in insurance , not forgetting understanding and compassion. well done Kanego i was really impressed in a very frustrating situation which you managed to turn around .
