Impressive online help - even on a public holiday!

As a new subscriber, I was unsure about a few things during the (app) log-in process. I took a chance, on a public holiday, and went online to the active chat function - where I was pleasantly surprised to have all my questions answered by a very friendly Smangele. I hope that should I have any further issues/queries going forward with the service, the online assistance will be as quick and efficient.
