After my male pitbull died due to illness, my mom decided to take insurance for vet visits. Tamarine Herbert was so good in explaining and addressing my mom's concerns. My mom ended up taking their policy because Tamarine was so articulate and made my mom feel comfortable to say she made informed decision. Tamarine is very professional and polite.
